The 'Happiness Insight' event began in 2017 to help make South Korea a happier place, addressing its high suicide rate within the OECD. Each year, the event brings together leading experts in neuroscience and mindfulness to share practical insights and solutions on happiness.
This year’s theme, 'Being Mindful to Talk to Myself X2,' invites you to join a special celebration of happiness at the Busan Cinema Center from November 1st to November 3rd.
The mindfulness program, guided by neuroscientist Dr. Jang Dong-seon, author of “Dancing is the Best Medicine”, will offer a special experience in understanding the brain, happiness music, meditation, and dance. Through these direct experiences, participants will harmonize both mind and body, providing a unique opportunity for growth and joy.
